Core
Build a spaceship to defend against increasingly strong waves of aliens.
This game was originally created for Ludum Dare 49 under the theme of "Unstable".
The playable version here is an updated version of the game. For the submitted LD-version please check out the downloads.
The source code is available here.
Controls:
- You can open the menu with tab or escape (please note that escape exits fullscreen in the web version)
- You can place segments with left click. (It buys them and places them)
- You can sell segments with right click. (You get all the money back as long as the segment isn't damaged)
- You can zoom and pan with the mouse wheel. (scroll -> zoom, hold -> pan)
Construction:
- Practice mode is recommended for learning how to build or designing spaceships.
- You can select segments at the bottom of the screen. These segments can then be placed which costs some money.
- You can only place segments next to existing stuff. (The core or other segments)
Known Issues:
- There's a problem when many blobs attach to the same object. It's a direct cause of something deep inside Unity's Physics Engine and I therefor can not properly fix it.

I like it!
The game concept is cool and already fun, but a bit more polishment could make it really great.
Things I noticed in my quick test:
Well done!
